iOS 4.3 Beta 2 is available for download on iPhone 4 3GS , iPod Touch 4 and 3rd Gen , iPad and Apple TV. You can get access to the. ipsw files of this firmware update with a membership of iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program.

This is the second release of iOS 4.3 beta firmware which brings several touch gestures along with personal WiFi HotSpot feature to iPhone and iPad. You can read the complete list of added iOS 4.3 features in our last post.
