Herbal Facial Tips For Every Skin Type

Everyday living brings us face-to-face with a vast variety of dirt and toxins. We need to cleanse them from our skin, and herbal facials are one of the best ways to cleanse the face and promote glowing, healthy skin. Herbs such as comforter, elder blossoms, chamomile and rosemary will cleanse and soften skin while drawing out toxins and impurities from the pores. Comforter rejuvenates the skin cells; chamomile promotes even skin tone and helps relieve conditions like eczema. These herbs are gentle enough to apply to the sensitive area around the eyes, yet effective enough to see tangible results.

Make an Herbal Facial for Dry Skin

  • Create a foundation of ripe banana. Peel and mush the banana with the honey and oatmeal until you reach a pasty, but easily applied consistency.
  • Steam your face with a warm towel. Apply the herbal cleanser and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse off the cleanser and gently pat your face dry with a towel.
  • Wash your face and gently pat the excess moisture with a soft towel.
  • Put some of the facial on a damp washcloth and gently scrub your entire face with gentle circular movements (don’t forget to apply some behind your ears and the back of your neck). Rinse your face well with warm water and then pat your face gently dry.

Herbal Facial for Oily Skin

  • Mix all your ingredients together until well blended. Pour the solution into a glass container with a well-fitting lid.
  • Wash your face and gently pat the excess moisture with a soft towel.
  • Put some of the facial on a damp washcloth and gently scrub your entire face with gentle circular movements (don’t forget to apply some behind your ears and the back of your neck).
  • Rinse your face well with warm water and then pat your face gently dry.

Herbal Facial for Normal Skin

  • Place the peeled fruit in a pan and heat it until it is soft and mushy.
  • To this foundation, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey. Next, slowly stir in one cup of oatmeal.
  • To use your facial, wash your face and gently pat the excess moisture with a soft towel.
  • Put some of the facial on a damp washcloth and gently scrub your entire face with gentle circular movements (don’t forget to apply some behind your ears and the back of your neck). Rinse your face well with warm water and then pat your face gently dry.

Advice:

After applying the pack and cleansing the face(with plain water) if u rub your face with ice cubes the pores which got opened while steaming will get close and you will feel the real freshness.
