Just lie on the floor, with your legs straight and hands at the sides. Now, lift your legs straight up to ninety degree. Lower your legs, without letting them touch the floor. You can also perform this exercise in gym too. For a faster result, incorporate inner thigh lift, bilateral thigh lift and medial thigh lifts in your routine.

4. Jogging

Jogging is surely a great exercise to for heavy thighs. Process of burning calories accelerate at jet speed as compared to walking. Morning  is best time for jogging and 10 minutes interval is good for beginners.

5. Squats

Squats are an easy, effective thigh exercise, and they can be done anywhere and with no equipment. There are several types of squats, so you may be less likely to get bored with this exercise.

For a regular squat, stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and bend your knees, lowering your body until you are almost in a sitting position, with your knees at almost a 90-degree angle and your arms straight out in front of you. Hold this position for three seconds, then slowly stand up straight.

6. Bicycling

Cycling is a best way to lose thigh fats and gain overall fitness. You can peddle to your work, market or college and be environment-friendly or opt for an exercise bike. Whichever way be it, just peddle your way to toned thighs!

7.  Brisk Walking

Brisk walking helps burn calories faster and tones your thigh muscles as well. A brisk walk of half an hour aids a lot in thigh fat reduction.

8. Single Leg Circles

Single leg circles are an exercise often used in Pilates that are said to elongate and tone thigh muscles while burning fat.

Lie on your back with your hands at your sides. Point your toes and lift one leg to the ceiling, so it is at about a 90-degree angle with your torso. Move your whole leg in a circle, in one direction, while keeping your hips still and on the floor. Do five reps, switch the direction of your circle, and then switch legs. Repeat.
