The way you have control is by making your body the healthiest environment to produce a child. That sometimes means making some lifestyle changes… it might be difficult to do but it’ll be worth it once you’re holding your beautiful baby.

When trying to have a baby, it helps to think of your body and the process of pregnancy as you would a plant trying to produce flowers. 1. Maintain a Healthy Body Weight

This includes losing weight or gaining weight… being at a healthy weight doesn’t just mean losing weight; you can be underweight and need to gain weight too. Whether you’re over or underweight, it can greatly impact your likelihood of pregnancy.
