  2. Brush mascara gently over the brow line, being careful not to get any on the skin. Pay special attention to the outer edge of the brow so it doesn’t clump or mat.
  3. Apply clear or tinted eyebrow gel by following the same method as of shadow, liner or mascara. Begin near the center of the eyebrow and work toward the outer edge. Use short, quick strokes, being careful that the brow hair doesn’t clump or mat.
  4. Brush your eyebrows with a soft bristled eyebrow brush to loosen any clumped hairs.

2. Highlight your eyebrows with Eyeshadow

  1. Select a suitable color of eye shaodw that resembles to your eyebrow or hair color. Note, that eye shadow appears one shade darker when applied.
  2. Apply the eye shadow to a small, angled makeup or liner brush.
  3. Brush the eye shadow onto your eyebrows, starting near the center and working toward the outer edge.
  4. Focus your attention on thin areas of your eyebrow, such as the outer edge and the underside of the brow. Use firmer brush strokes to apply more makeup on these parts of the brow.

3. Highlight your brows with Liner

  1. Use an eyeliner or eyebrow pencil one shade lighter than your eyebrow hair. Eye liner appears much darker on the eyebrows than eye shadow, so apply the eyeliner lightly.
  2. Place the eyeliner or brow pencil near the center of the eyebrow and use quick, light strokes, working toward the outer edge.
  3. Use a cotton swab or piece of tissue to lighten the brow highlight if the color is too dark. Gently blend the color into your eyebrows using small, circular motions.
